Yes! When you send any Sugarwish, you can tell us what date you’d like it to go out. We will send you a notification on that day so you know the eCard is on the way.

Our innovative WishLinks feature allows you to purchase links with embedded gift codes in as large a quantity as you would like, and then download a spreadsheet/csv with all of the codes. You can also purchase "multi-use codes" that can be used as many times as you specify. These are great for clients who want to add Sugarwish gifts to their existing text and email campaigns. WishLinks cost a non-refundable 10% of the purchase price of the gift upfront and then rest are billed as they are redeemed. Get started and Buy WishLinks now.

You can! After you pick out an eCard, click on "upload a list of recipients". From there, you can add your list to our template and paste it all in at once.

We can ship Sugarwish boxes anywhere in the US! Our prices include shipping to all US states and territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), as well as to US Military Bases. Sugarwish Candy, Snacks, and Coffee & Tea gifts can be shipped to Canada. Due to freshness concerns Cookie, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, and Dog Treats gifts cannot be shipped to Canada. If you are sending a Candy, Snacks or Coffee & Tea gifts to a receiver in Canada, simply click the box that says “The recipient lives in Canada” while placing your order, and you can pay for the additional shipping at checkout.

Yes :) No matter how you like to interact, we have a gift that will work for you! When you send an eCard, you can choose the delivery method. That way you can send via email, Messaging, or Print. If you choose the Messaging option, we’ll give you a link that you can copy/paste into any message like a text, Facebook, Snapchat, Slack, or more -- You get to send them the Sugarwish directly! The Print option will give you a printer-friendly copy with instructions, so you can hand-deliver or mail the Sugarwish. Your receiver will still get to choose their favorites.

Yes! Sugarwish boxes and treat cartons are recyclable.

Yes, we sure do! We carry seasonal options throughout the year for everything from Valentine's Day to Easter, and Halloween to Christmas (and much more)! We also carry more chocolate options during the cooler months, when there is a smaller risk of melting.

Payment is due upon placing an order. We accept all major credit cards.

We have your back. Send us an email at support@sugarwish.com and we will send you a new copy of the receipt.

We know it’s important that everyone receives their Sugarwish gifts. We’ll make sure to send you a notification when the eCard is sent and once the receiver makes selections. Then we send your receiver the tracking link once candy ships out. If someone doesn’t use their eCard to choose candy right away, we’ll follow-up with a personal email to make sure they got it. If you ever want to check the status of a gift, we can help on Chat or email us at support@sugarwish.com. We’ll track it down lickity split!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sugarwish! If you or your recipient are not happy with your gift box, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase at support@sugarwish.com to discuss a replacement.

If you need to cancel an eCard order that has not been redeemed, you may be eligible for store credit on your Sugarwish Account less a 10% processing fee.

Sugarwish is also a proud partner of Make-A-Wish®! We will gladly donate any unredeemed eCards on your behalf. Please reach out to your Account Manager for more information.

Don't worry - simply let customer service or your gift guru know! We can cancel any unredeemed Sugarwish eCards and credit your Sugarwish account less a 10% processing fee per gift. This credit can be used toward future gifts of any type or size and it never expires. We will always apply your existing account credit before charging your payment method on file.
