Can you ship outside the US?

How long will it take to get my Sugarwish?

Sugarwish orders always ship on the same or next day. The boxes usually take 2-4 days for delivery. We’ll email you with the tracking link once your candy is on the way!

Can I schedule my gift to send in the future?

Yes! When you send any Sugarwish, you can tell us what date you’d like it to go out. We will send you a notification on that day so you know the candy is on the way.

Do you have a box for my event? (AKA Candy/Popcorn Party!)

We sure do! Check out our Sweet Shoppes. You can turn any table into a pop-up candy shop and really WOW your guests! Or, send a popcorn eCard to your own email. You will get a link to make selections and you can tell us where to ship.

Need a truckload of candy or popcorn? Send us an email to info@sugarwish.com and we will make it happen.

Can I upload my list all at once?

You can! Just email your list to info@sugarwish.com and we will take it from there.

Can I pick the day my Sweet Shoppe or Custom Box is delivered?

We can help you find out when the Sugarwish will be delivered :) Just chat with us or email info@sugarwish.com with your box size and delivery address. We can check on estimated shipping times and see if there are options for guaranteed delivery via FedEx.

What if I don’t have their email address? Can I still send them a Sugarwish?

Yes :) No matter how you like to interact, we have a gift that will work for you! When you send an eCard, you can choose the delivery method. That way you can send via email, Messaging, or Print.

If you choose the Messaging option, we’ll give you a link that you can copy/paste into any message like a text, Facebook, Snapchat, Slack, or more -- You get to send them the Sugarwish directly! The Print option will give you a printer-friendly copy with instructions, so you can hand-deliver or mail the Sugarwish. Your receiver will still get to choose their favorites.

Can I recycle my Sugarwish gift box?

Yes! The Sugarwish boxes and candy/popcorn bags are recyclable.

What happens if I put in the wrong email for delivery?

Don’t worry! Just chat with us or send us an email to info@sugarwish.com with the correct email address. We will send your eCard to the right place :)

What are your payment options?

You can pay with cards issued by any major credit card company or with PayPal.

I lost my receipt. Where can I find it?

We have your back. Send us an email at info@sugarwish.com and we will send you a new copy of the receipt.

Can I tell if my Sugarwish recipient got their candy?

We know it’s important that everyone receives their Sugarwish gifts. We’ll make sure to send you a notification when the eCard is sent and once the receiver picks out candy. Then we send your receiver the tracking link once candy ships out. If you sent a Custom Box or Sweet Shoppe, we will just send you the tracking link.

If someone doesn’t use their eCard to choose candy right away, we’ll follow-up with a personal email to make sure they got it. If you ever want to check the status of a gift, we can help on Chat or email us at info@sugarwish.com. We’ll track it down lickity split!


What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with any product you received from us, we will gladly replace it free of charge within 30 days of purchase or receipt of product. Please contact us at info@sugarwish.com to arrange for the replacement.

Do you have sugar-free candies?

Sugarwish.com/Candy does not have sugar-free candies, but we do have a delicious section of Savory items! Just scroll down to the bottom of the flavors to see the non-sugary picks.
