All deposits are non-refundable but can be credited back to your Sugarwish account less the cancellation fee. If canceling after 11/2 surprise items can be shipped to a single location at our cost.

The Fine Print
Everything you need to know.
Keepsake box orders for pre-ordered Reserve gifts will be placed with vendors on August 1, 2026, so the July 31st initial deposit is a firm deadline for locking in your quantity.
Impact and Surprise item orders will be placed with vendors on September 1, 2026, requiring a final deposit to reach 30% by August 31, 2026.
You will not be invoiced for pre-orders until 7/31/26 at 5 pm MDT, and can make any modifications you desire up to that point.
You can change or remove any of your Impact or Surprise & Delight items up until you confirm final designs — no later than 8/31/26 at 5 PM MDT.
You can adjust quantities down between 7/31/26 and 8/31/26 at 5 PM MDT at no charge. Adjusting quantities after the first July deadline depends on available inventory and requires GC Concierge approval.
While we make every effort to ensure all Impact items are available to all recipients, it is possible we may run out of a specific item. We'll notify you and you may request a replacement at selection.
International shipping can be added at an additional cost. Inquire for details.
eCards can be sent in December 2026 and January 2027, and will have a default expiration of 90 days. When sending eCards, you'll be given the option to have expired eCards either credited to your account (less cancellation fee), donated to Make-A-Wish, or have the product shipped to addresses you specify.
